Information clause on data processing
Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / WE (hereinafter: GDPR), I would like to inform you that:

a) conclusion and performance of the contract and the provision of these services in accordance with the concluded contract, the basis for processing: art. 6 sec. 1 lit. "B" GDPR,
b) fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Data Administrator (e.g. issuing and storing invoices and other accounting documents, sharing data with the so-called authorized entities, the court and the prosecutor), the basis for processing: art. 6 sec. 1 lit. "C" GDPR,
c) pursuing possible claims for non-performance or improper performance of the concluded contract, basis for processing: art. 6 sec. 1 lit. "F" GDPR,
d) marketing of services provided by the Data Administrator, the basis for processing: art. 6 sec. 1 lit. "F" GDPR.
4) Your personal data is provided to us directly by the data subjects or from publicly available sources.
5) Your personal data will be stored: for the duration of the contract and after the end of the contract in order to fully settle the terms of the contract, including until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under such contract (3 years from the termination of the contract), and in the scope of settlements with the tax office for the limitation period for tax liabilities, i.e. 5 years from the end of the tax year in which it was necessary to pay tax for services provided to you, or if the data is processed based on consent, personal data will be processed until withdrawal of this consent by the data subject.
6) Providing your personal data is generally voluntary, but it may be a condition for concluding a contract,
7) You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing,
8) The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions,
9) Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
10) The data controller does not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area
11) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
